Project Rooftop Green Lantern Redesign

I guess anyone who has me on their Deviant Watch will know that I've had this idea for awhile. The idea has always been based around the concept what would happen if the greatest weapon in the universe turned it's wearer into the most powerful weapon? First Attempt:

With any armoured character, I guess there's always going to be comparisons to Iron Man which wasn't the point. It's just the idea of the suit made too much sense. In my mind, the Guardians had the technology already by having already created the Manhunters. This would be the next step. The ring would create a wire-frame of light around the wearer which in turn would take the shape of the armour. The suit would still have all the traditional Lantern abilities; flight, enhanced strength and speed, as well as the construct creation. The constructs would just be made the same way the suit is.
Using the idea that the suit was mechanical, I toyed with the idea of Parallax being a computer virus corrupting the ring thus the suit thus the wearer and from there I designed Sinestro. And similarly, Ion would be the base program that powers the Lantern core.

There was other ideas I wanted to toy with like reanimated corpses as cyborgs for Black Lanterns and floating brains with holograms around them for the "immortal" Guardians but I didn't have enough time for those.
